Dry:

Wet:

- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk π₯
Chocolate Swirl:
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2β3 tbsp hot milk or water
- 1 tbsp sugar (optional, for sweetness)

1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F)
- Grease and line a loaf or bundt pan
2. Cream Butter & Sugar
- Beat until light, fluffy, and pale (this step builds structure)
3. Add Eggs & Vanilla
- Mix in eggs one at a time
- Stir in vanilla
4. Combine Batter
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt
- Add dry ingredients alternating with milk
- Mix until smooth (donβt overmix)
5. Make Chocolate Batter
- Take about 1/3 of the batter
- Mix with cocoa + hot milk until smooth
6. Create the Marble
- Pour vanilla batter into pan
- Spoon chocolate batter on top
- Use a knife to gently swirl (donβt overdo it!)
7. Bake
- Bake 45β55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean
8. Cool & Serve
- Let cool before slicing
