π Ingredients
For the Salmon:
- 2 salmon fillets
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Squeeze of lemon π
For the Shrimp:
- 8β10 shrimp (peeled & deveined) π€
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic
- Salt, pepper, paprika
- Splash of lemon juice
For the Creamy Mash:
- 3 potatoes (peeled) π₯
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/3 cup warm milk or cream
- Salt & pepper
For the Luxe Sauce:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/3 cup sun-dried tomatoes π
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups spinach π₯¬
- Salt & pepper
π¨βπ³ Instructions
1. Make the Mash
- Boil potatoes until soft.
- Mash with butter, warm milk, salt & pepper until silky smooth.
2. Sear the Salmon
- Season fillets.
- Sear in olive oil + butter, about 3β4 min per side.
- Add garlic, paprika, and a squeeze of lemon at the end.
3. Cook the Shrimp
- In butter, sautΓ© shrimp with garlic and seasoning.
- Cook 1β2 minutes per side until just pink.
4. Make the Sauce
- SautΓ© garlic + sun-dried tomatoes in butter.
- Add broth + cream, simmer gently.
- Stir in spinach until wilted.
5. Assemble (Restaurant Style π½οΈ)
- Spread creamy mash on the plate
- Spoon over spinach sauce
- Place salmon on top
- Add shrimp on the salmon
- Drizzle extra sauce around
