- Cook the steaks for 3β4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer to your preferred doneness.
- Transfer to a plate and loosely cover with foil to rest.
3. Cook the Vegetables
- In the same skillet, melt the butter.
- Add the onion and cook for 2 minutes.
