  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup (95 g) all-purpose flour

Optional add-ins: chocolate chips, chopped nuts, cinnamon (1/4 tsp)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease a mini loaf pan or line a muffin tin.
  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in melted butter (or oil).
  4. Mix in sugar, egg, and vanilla.
  5. Add baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir.
