Ingredients:
- 2 ΒΌ tsp yeast
- ΒΎ cup warm milk
- ΒΌ cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- ΒΌ cup butter (soft)
- 3 cups flour
- Β½ tsp salt
- Oil for frying
Steps:
- Mix warm milk + yeast + a little sugar β let it foam (5β10 min).
- Add eggs, butter, sugar, salt, and flour β knead until smooth.
- Let rise 1β2 hours (until doubled).
- Roll out, cut into rings, and let rise again (30β45 min).
- Fry at ~175Β°C (350Β°F) until golden (about 1 min per side).
π― Glaze
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 3β4 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth, then dip warm doughnuts for that perfect drip effect like in your picture π
