1 pound ground beef
¾ mug milk
1 large egg
3 slices chuck
torn up into small pieces
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon onion greasepaint or ½ mug finely diced onion
½ tablespoon swab
½ tablespoon dry ground mustard
¼ tablespoon black pepper
¼ tablespoon hot sauce
⅛ tablespoon garlic greasepaint
½ mug ketchup
Heat roaster to 350F degrees. Combine all constituents in a large coliseum( except ketchup.) Spread admixture into an ungreased loaf visage or shape into a loaf on a distance visage.
Spread ketchup unevenly on top of meatloaf. Cook for an hour to an hour and 15 twinkles( or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees). Let stand for 5 twinkles and serve.
