Double Chocolate fairies

mug unsalted adulation
¾ mug sugar
¼ mug water
one 12 ounce package dark or bittersweet chocolate chips, divided in half
tablespoon vanilla
¾ mugs all purpose flour
¼ tablespoon baking soda pop
¼ tablespoon swab
2 large eggs
½ mug diced nuts( voluntary)
Procedure
Let the eggs and adulation sit out for 30 twinkles to bring to room temperature.
Preheat roaster to 325 °F.
In a small coliseum sift in the flour with the baking soda pop and swab also set away.
In a small saucepan combine adulation, sugar, and water. Bring just to a pustule also remove from heat.
Add ½ of the chocolate chips( 6 oz) and vanilla. Stir until smooth and candescent.
Transfer the chocolate admixture into a large coliseum.
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Gradationally mix in flour admixture.
Stir in remaining chocolate chips and nuts if asked .
Spread in a greased 9 ″ square visage.
Singe at 325 °F for 30- 35 twinkles.
Cool fully before cutting into2-1/4 ″ places.
Tips, Notes, and Variations
Substitute some or all of the flour with whole wheat flour.
To mainly reduce the fat and cholesterol cover the two eggs with three egg whites.
Substitute the vanilla excerpt with ½ tablespoon almond excerpt or 2 tablespoon orange liquor.
