Ingredients

  • ΒΌ cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Boosts

  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • Β½ ripe banana (extra creamy)

Instructions

  1. Blend for mousse texture
    Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  2. Chill
    Pour into jars or bowls. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight = best).
  3. Stir & serve
