Ingredients
- ΒΌ cup chia seeds
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2β3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Optional Boosts
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- Β½ ripe banana (extra creamy)
- Espresso powder (for deep chocolate vibes)
Instructions
- Blend for mousse texture
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend 30β45 seconds until smooth. - Chill
Pour into jars or bowls. Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight = best). - Stir & serve
Give it a good stir before serving for ultra-silky texture.
