🥬🍅 Rollitos de Repollo Rellenos de Carne
📝 Ingredientes
- 1 repollo grande
- 1 lb (450 g) carne molida
- 1 taza arroz (crudo o semi cocido)
- 1 cebolla pequeña, picada
- 2 dientes de ajo, picados
- 1 huevo (opcional, para unir)
- Sal y pimienta al gusto
Para la salsa:
- 2 tazas salsa de tomate o tomate triturado
- 1 taza caldo (res o pollo)
- 1 cucharadita azúcar (opcional)
- 1 cucharadita orégano o laurel
👩🍳 Preparación
1️⃣ Preparar el repollo
Hierve el repollo entero por 5–10 minutos hasta que las hojas se suavicen. Retira con cuidado y separa las hojas.
2️⃣ Preparar el relleno
Mezcla carne, arroz, cebolla, ajo, huevo, sal y pimienta.
3️⃣ Formar los rollitos
Coloca 2–3 cucharadas del relleno en cada hoja. Dobla los lados y enrolla firmemente.
4️⃣ Cocinar
Coloca los rollitos en una olla, vierte la salsa y el caldo. Cocina tapado a fuego bajo 45–60 minutos (o en horno 180°C por 1 hora).
💡 Para que queden espectaculares:
- Sofríe los rollitos 2–3 minutos antes de agregar la salsa para más sabor.
- Agrega un poco de paprika ahumada para profundidad.
- Si quieres más cremosos, termina con una cucharada de crema o yogur natural.
