🍰 Vanilla Loaf Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
🥣 Method:
- Cream butter + sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt).
- Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a lined loaf pan.
🔥 Bake:
- 175°C (350°F) for 45–55 minutes
- Toothpick should come out clean
🧁 Frosting (optional but amazing):
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk or cream
- ½ tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth and spread over cooled cake, then add sprinkles 🎉
