π° Vanilla Loaf Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 Β½ cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- Β½ cup butter (softened)
- 2 eggs
- Β½ cup milk
- 1 Β½ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Β½ tsp baking powder
- ΒΌ tsp salt
π₯£ Method:
- Cream butter + sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
- Mix in dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, salt).
- Add milk and mix until smooth.
- Pour into a lined loaf pan.
π₯ Bake:
- 175Β°C (350Β°F) for 45β55 minutes
- Toothpick should come out clean
π§ Frosting (optional but amazing):
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2β3 tbsp milk or cream
- Β½ tsp vanilla
Mix until smooth and spread over cooled cake, then add sprinkles π
