Southern Fried Pork Chops

You ’ll Need
4 bone in pork chops(1/2 inch think)
1 mug all purpose flour
mug canola or vegatable oil painting( enough to cover bottom of visage for frying)
2 tbsp adulation
1 tsp seasoned swab( redundant to season chops to taste)
1 tsp black pepper( redundant to season chops to taste)
cayenne pepper to taste

Directions
Season swab and pepper both sides of the pork chops.
Combine all dry constituents. Comb each side of the pork chops in the flour admixture, also set away on a plate. Or comb before going into oil painting.( lower dishes)
Heat canola/ vegtable oil painting over medium to medium-high heat. Add adulation. When adulation is melted and adulation/ oil painting admixture is hot, cook 2 to 3 pork chops at a time, 4 to 5 twinkles on the first side; 3 to 5 twinkles on the other side.( Make sure no pink authorities remain.) Remove to a plate covered with paper apkins and repeat with remaining pork chops.
