FOR THE PORK LOIN
▢ 3- pound pork loin
▢ 1 teaspoon olive oil painting
FOR THE SPICE RUB
▢ 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
▢ 1 tablespoon garlic greasepaint

▢1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
▢1/2 tablespoon dried rosemary
▢ swab and fresh ground pepper, to taste
FOR THE HONEY GARLIC GLAZE
▢ 4 cloves garlic, diced
▢1/4 mug honey
▢ 3 soupspoons low- sodium gluten free soy sauce
▢ 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
▢ 1 teaspoon olive oil painting
FOR THE VEGETABLES
▢ 1 teaspoon olive oil painting
▢ 1 pound brussels sprouts, cut in half
▢ 1 pound butternut squash, hulled, seeds gutted out, and cut into 1- inch cells( you can also buypre-cut butternut squash)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat roaster to 375 ˚F. Line a rimmed baking distance with aluminum antipode or diploma paper and set away. Pat dry pork loin with paper apkins.
In a small mixing coliseum combine paprika, garlic greasepaint, onion greasepaint, thyme, rosemary, swab and pepper.
