Carne Asada Mexican Street Tacos

2 lbs carne asada *

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon kosher swab

2 tablespoon garlic greasepaint

1 tablespoon cracked pepper

3 soupspoons canola oil painting

1 serrano pepper sliced

½ roma tomato minced

½ white onion finely minced

6- 8 oz. dos equis beer

32 road taco tortillas

½ mug white onion minced, for garnish

½ mug cilantro roughly diced, for garnish

Instructions

Mix together the cumin, swab, garlic greasepaint, pepper, and fleece the carne asada with it. Slice into strips, also bones. Add it to a large plastic bag or coliseum with a cover, and mix the meat with the serrano pepper, tomato, onion, and beer. Allow to marinate for at least 15 twinkles, but up to 1 hour.

toast a large skillet with the canola oil painting over medium high heat, also pour in the entire marinated admixture and allow to cook, stirring sometimes, until all the liquid has faded and the meat is cooked through, around 20 twinkles.
