4 Component PESTO Funk Singe
✨ Constituents
6 funk guts, organic recommended
2 6 oz. jar basil pesto
4 medium tomatoes, sliced
– 12 slices mozzarella rubbish
✨ INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the roaster to 350 °F. Season funk guts freeheartedly with swab and pepper.
Voluntary STEP While the roaster is preheating you can toast some olive canvas or adulation in a skillet. Formerly hot add the funk bone and sear for 1-2 twinkles on each side until caramelized. The funk should still be raw in the center.
Arrange funk guts ( seared or raw) onto a baking dish or rimmed baking distance.
Use a ladle to cover funk with pesto.
Top each funk bone with 1 slice of mozzarella rubbish and 2 sliced tomatoes.
Singe for 20-30 twinkles ( time will vary depending on consistence of funk and whether or not it has been seared), or until funk is no longer pink in the center. Broil the funk the final 2 twinkles so that the rubbish is gamesome and golden. Serve incontinently.
