Just eggs, greek yogurt, flour, sugar and baking greasepaint 😍 This is the light cutlet we have ever made

4 egg yolks
4 eggs whites
3 tbsp sugar
400g greek yogurt 10
4 tbsp cornstarch
tsp baking greasepaint
40g chocolate chips

In a coliseum mix together egg thralldom with sugar, incinerating greasepaint, and cornstarch, and add in yogurt.
In another coliseum beat egg whites, mix them into the thralldom admixture, and add in chocolate chips.
Singe at 170 ’ C for 1 hour.
