2 eggs
mug Parmesan
mug Mozzarella
1/2 tbsp swab
tbsp pepper
tbsp red pepper flakes
tbsp parsley
1/2 tbsp garlic greasepaint
tbsp onion greasepaint
Directions
Preheat roaster to 400f( 200c)
Cauliflower in food processor
Cover with film, pierce microwave oven for 4 mins
Do n’t burn tone( voluntary)
Use cloth to squeeze out humidity and form a dough
In a coliseum blend with 2 eggs.1/2 a mug of parmesan, and1/2 mug of mozzarella and1/2 tbsp swab, pepper, red pepper flakes, parsley, garlic greasepaint, onion greasepaint
Shape half a galette and add grated cheddar(?) and spinach and enclose with further dough
Singe 20 mins
Flip and singe 15 mins
do n’t burn your mouth( voluntary)
