2 ladles kosher coarse swab, * see notes
2 ladles brown sugar
1/4 tablespoon cornstarch
tablespoon garlic greasepaint
1/4 tablespoon garlic swab
tablespoon onion greasepaint
1/4 tablespoon turmeric
tablespoon paprika
1/2 tablespoon chili greasepaint
1 tablespoon black pepper
Collect all constituents in a quarter-liter Ziploc bag and seal it tightly. shake to blend all constituents completely.
Freehandedly cover each side of the steak with spices and let them rest for about 40 twinkles. This allows the swab to access across the face (through osmosis) and actually help break down the muscle filaments, performing in tenderer meat. During this time, the liquid that appeared originally has time to reabsorb, making the meat juic.
Once the caff is nice and hot, place the steak (s) and cook for 4-5 twinkles, until brown and slightly scorched. Turn it over and cook for the coming redundant time
5 twinkles Medium Rare
7 twinkles medium
10 twinkles Well done
