chicken and mushrooms
300gm fettuccine pasta
– 3 shredded chicken breasts
– 2 cups of cooking cream
– 1 cup grated Gin Parmesan
– 3 tablespoons of butter
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 10 sliced mushrooms
– 1 chopped onion
– 3 crushed garlic cloves
– 1 tablespoon of flour
½ teaspoon black pepper
– ½ teaspoon mixed spices
– ½ teaspoon salt
Boil the pasta in a pot of boiling, salted water according to the directions on the package, then drain and set aside.
Grease the chicken pieces with olive oil, mixed spices, a little salt and black pepper.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on the stove, add the chicken pieces, then stir-fry them until they are cooked through and change their color.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over the heat, add the onions, mushrooms and garlic, then stir until the ingredients wilt.
Add the chicken, then pour the cooking cream and season with a little salt and black pepper.
Dissolve the flour in a little water, then add it to the ingredients with constant stirring until you get a thick mixture.
Add the boiled pasta and Parmesan cheese, stir until combined, then serve the pasta.
