Loaded Steak Quesadillas

1 lb( 453 g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
bell pepper, minced
1 finely diced onion
2 tsp seasoned swab( divided)
1 tsp Montreal steak spice
1 tsp cayenne pepper
16 slices of provolone rubbish
4 tortillas Vegetable oil painting
Preperation
Sprinkle the beef with 1 tablespoon seasoned swab, the steak spices and half the cayenne pepper. toast a little oil painting in a saucepan and heat over medium high heat. Sear the steaks. Remove from fire. Add a little oil painting, also add the onions and peppers. Add the remaining swab and cayenne pepper. Sauté the vegetables until tender, stirring constantly. Assemble the quesadillas spot a visage with oil painting and heat over medium heat. Lay out a tortilla, add 4 slices of rubbish. Add the meat on one side and the vegetables on the other. When the rubbish has melted, fold the tortilla. Cut into four. reprise. To serve
