INGRÉDIENTS
3 failures divided use
mug Old Bay seasoning plus further for garnish
8 cloves garlic smashed
1 onion hulled and cut into 6 pieces
1 pound small Yukon gold potatoes halved
4 cognizance sludge on the cob cut into 3- 4 inch pieces
3 lobster tails
1 pound bones
dropped
1 pound grouser legspre-cooked
1 pound smoked link cut into 1 inch pieces, kielbasa or andouille are preferred
1 pound shrimp hulled and deveined( leave tails on)
3 soupspoons adulation
2 soupspoons diced parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut 2 of the failures into diggings. Slice the remaining bomb into wedges and reserve the wedges for trim.
Fill a large pot with 14- 16 mugs of water. Place the 2 bestowed failures in the water along with the Old Bay seasoning, garlic and onion. Bring to a pustule.
Add the potatoes to the pot and cook for 8 twinkles. Add the lobster tails and cook for 5 twinkles.
Add the bones
, grouser, and sludge, and cook for 5 twinkles. Add the shrimp and link and cook for 2- 3 twinkles.
Drain the seafood admixture from the pot, reserving 1 mug of the broth.
Melt the adulation in a small coliseum and whisk it into the reserved broth. Pour the broth over the seafood admixture.
Garnish with diced parsley and bomb wedges. Sprinkle with fresh Old Bay seasoning to taste, also serve incontinently.
