Buttermilk fried lobster
4 lobster tails, split in half
/ 4 tablespoon of kosher swab
1/4 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning
tablespoon of onion greasepaint
tablespoon of garlic greasepaint
tablespoon of Black pepper
1 mug of buttermilk
1 mug of all purpose flour
oil painting, for frying
In a coliseum, combine the lobster with the swab, Cajun seasoning, onion greasepaint, garlic greasepaint, and black pepper. also, add in the buttermilk and mix well to combine. Comb in the flour and shake off the excess. Be sure to preheat the oil painting until it’s about 355F degrees. also, fry the lobster on both sides until they ’re golden brown and succulent. Drain on redundant paper apkins and enjoy while warm.
Oh, and let’s address the dirty rice and the bomb aioli they ’re so simple, you do n’t need a form. The rice is just sautéed veggies, seasonings, and ground funk, and also I added instant rice. Yes, moment. For the aioli, just add all the constituents to a coliseum and blend done!
