Ingredients

  • 12 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 1½ tbsp cream cheese, softened (extra creamy secret)

  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Hard-boil the eggs
    • Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water.
    • Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat.
    • Let sit 10–12 minutes.
    • Transfer to ice water, peel once cool.
  2. Prep the filling
    • Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
    • Remove yolks and mash until smooth.
    • Mix in mayo, cream cheese, Dijon, pepper jelly, and salt.
  3. Fill the eggs
    • Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
  4. Top it off
    • Add a small dollop of pepper jelly on each egg.
    • Finish with garnishes of choice.
