Ingredients
- 12 large eggs
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1½ tbsp cream cheese, softened (extra creamy secret)
- 1½ tsp Dijon mustard
- 2–3 tbsp sweet & spicy pepper jelly (plus more for topping)
- Salt, to taste

Instructions
- Hard-boil the eggs
- Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water.
- Bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat.
- Let sit 10–12 minutes.
- Transfer to ice water, peel once cool.
- Prep the filling
- Slice eggs in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and mash until smooth.
- Mix in mayo, cream cheese, Dijon, pepper jelly, and salt.
- Fill the eggs
- Spoon or pipe the filling back into the egg whites.
- Top it off
