Ingredients:
• 2 slices thick-cut bacon
• 1 large egg
• 1 slice cheddar cheese
• 1 brioche bun, halved and toasted
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 tbsp butter
Directions:
1. Cook the Bacon:
• In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper towel to drain.
2. Cook the Egg:

3. Assemble the Sandwich:
• Place the slice of cheddar cheese on the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun. Carefully place the egg on top of the cheese.
