Amazing Buckeye elf eyefuls!!!

constituents

1 18 ounce elf blend I used Ghiaradelli double chocolate
¾ mug each- purpose flour
5 soupspoons vegetable oil painting
2 large eggs at room temperature
½ mug delicate peanut adulation
¼ mug pulverized sugar
½ tablespoon pure vanilla excerpt
¾ mug semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil painting or coconut oil painting
Instructions
Preheat the roaster to 350 °F/ 180 °C, and line 2 cookie wastes with diploma paper or silpat mats.
In a large coliseum, using a hand mixer, combine the elf blend with flour, oil painting and eggs. The dough will a little be crumbly and this is ok. Using a small cookie scoop, lade out dough balls and also roll them with your hands into balls.
Place the dough balls on the cookie wastes, 2 elevation piecemeal and singe for 8- 11 twinkles. You know they ’re done with they’re like fairies, with firm edges and centers that are still soft but set. Remove from the roaster.
While the eyefuls are still warm, use a tablespoon to push the center of each cookie down( not too important!) to make room for peanut adulation.
To make the peanut adulation filling In a medium coliseum, beat together the peanut adulation, pulverized sugar, and vanilla. lade the admixture into 1 tablespoon sized balls and add one to each cookie.
For the chocolate subcaste Combine the chocolate chips with vegetable or coconut oil painting in a small coliseum. Microwave oven for 30 seconds, stir, also microwave oven for another 30 seconds. Stir untilmelted. However, microwave oven again at 15-alternate intervals until melted and smooth, If demanded.
ladle chocolate over each cookie, allowing some of the peanut adulation filling to be seen. Sprinkle with ocean swab if asked .
