
𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗣𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗹𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗲- 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝗮𝘀𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗗𝗼𝗻 ’ 𝘁 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘁

8 medium fresh beets 1 mug ginger
1/2 mug sugar
1-1/2 ladles whole cloves
1-1/2 ladles whole allspice
tablespoon swab
- Directions mite beets and neat covers to 1 in. Place in a Dutch roaster; add water to cover. Bring to a pustule. Reduce heat; poach, covered, 25- 30 twinkles or until tender. Remove from water; cool. Peel beets and slice; place in a coliseum and set away.
In a small saucepan, combine ginger, sugar, cloves, allspice and swab. Bring to a pustule; boil 5 twinkles. Pour over beets. Chill at least 1 hour. Drain before serving.
