🥔 Loaded Baked Potatoes (Start First)
Ingredients
- 2–4 large russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- Salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Scrub potatoes, dry, rub with olive oil and salt.
- Pierce with fork and bake 50–60 minutes until tender.
- Slice open, fluff inside with fork.
- Add butter, cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives.
👉 Keep warm while cooking steak & seafood.
🥩 Steak (Turf)
Ingredients
- 2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks (1–1½ inches thick)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
Instructions
- Let steak sit at room temp 30 minutes.
- Pat dry and season generously with salt & pepper.
- Heat skillet (cast iron preferred) until very hot.
- Add oil, then steak. Sear:
- 3–4 min per side (medium-rare)
- Add butter, garlic, herbs. Spoon melted butter over steak for 1–2 minutes.
- Rest 5–10 minutes before serving.
🦐 Garlic Butter Shrimp (Surf)
Ingredients
- 250–400 g shrimp, peeled & deveined
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Chopped parsley
Instructions
- Melt butter in pan over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic, cook 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp, season with salt & pepper.
- Cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink.
- Finish with lemon juice & parsley.
