- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp chopped chives or green onions
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Scrub potatoes, dry, rub with olive oil and salt.
- Pierce with fork and bake 50–60 minutes until tender.
- Slice open, fluff inside with fork.
- Add butter, cheese, bacon, sour cream, and chives.

Ingredients
- 2 ribeye or filet mignon steaks (1–1½ inches thick)
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, smashed

Instructions
- Let steak sit at room temp 30 minutes.
- Pat dry and season generously with salt & pepper.
- Heat skillet (cast iron preferred) until very hot.
