Beef Lo Mein
16 ounces lo mein polls
1 teaspoon sesame oil painting
2 pounds adjoin steak, skirt steak, or delirium steak cut against the grain into 1 inch strips
2 tablespoon kosher swab
2 ladles black pepper
2 mugs snow peas
1 mugs carrot cut into matchsticks or tattered
1 mug bean sprouts
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
/ 2 head green cabbage tattered or thinly sliced
mug sliced green onion

INSTRUCTIONS

In a small coliseum, make the sauce by whisking together funk broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce, gusto, garlic, cornstarch, and sesame oil painting until well combined.
Cook lo mein polls according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat sesame oil painting in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add beef into skillet and season with swab and pepper. Cook until beef is browned, about 4- 5 twinkles.
Add in peas, carrots, bean sprouts, red bell pepper, and cabbage and cook until veggies are tender and the beef is fully cooked through, about 5 to 7 twinkles.
Pour sauce over veggies and let cook 2 to 3 twinkles, stirring constantly.
Add in cooked polls and toss to combine. Garnish with sliced green onion.
