🍕 Pizza Roll Breadsticks
📝 INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tube pizza dough (or homemade dough)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce 🍅
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
- 20–25 slices pepperoni (or any topping you like)
- 2 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (or dried herbs)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Optional: chili flakes 🌶️
👨🍳 Quick Instructions:
- Prep Dough
- Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Fill It
- Spread pizza sauce evenly.
- Add mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Roll & Cut
- Roll tightly like a log.
- Slice into breadstick-sized pieces.
- Bake
- Place on a baking tray.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
- Garlic Butter Finish
- Mix melted butter + garlic + parsley.
- Brush over hot breadsticks.
- Sprinkle Parmesan on top.
