🍕 Pizza Roll Breadsticks

📝 INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tube pizza dough (or homemade dough)
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce 🍅
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀
  • 20–25 slices pepperoni (or any topping you like)
  • 2 tbsp butter (melted)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (or dried herbs)
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chili flakes 🌶️

👨‍🍳 Quick Instructions:

  1. Prep Dough
    • Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle.
  2. Fill It
    • Spread pizza sauce evenly.
    • Add mozzarella and pepperoni.
  3. Roll & Cut
    • Roll tightly like a log.
    • Slice into breadstick-sized pieces.
  4. Bake
    • Place on a baking tray.
    • Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden.
  5. Garlic Butter Finish
    • Mix melted butter + garlic + parsley.
    • Brush over hot breadsticks.
    • Sprinkle Parmesan on top.

  • Serve with extra pizza sauce for dipping 🍅
  • Add olives, mushrooms, or sausage for variety
