Instructions

  1. Prep

  2. Mix dry ingredients
    • Whisk almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cream butter & sugar
    • Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy (2–3 minutes).
  4. Add eggs
    • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Flavor it
    • Mix in marmalade, orange zest, and vanilla.
  6. Combine
    • Gently fold in dry ingredients until just combined.
  7. Bake
    • Pour batter into pan, smooth top.
    • Sprinkle sliced almonds on top if using.
    • Bake 40–45 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool
    • Let cool 10 minutes in pan, then transfer to rack.

Mix:
