Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Optional: 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning or paprika for extra flavor
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it or spraying with non-stick spray.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and optional seasoning.
