ITALIAN SUB SALAD
For the salad
6 mugs lettuce, diced (I suggest green splint or romaine)
½ lb. sliced lemon, rolled & diced (or your favorite type of deli meat)
½ lb. salami, diced
¾ mug sliced provolone, diced (or your favorite type of sliced rubbish)
2 large vine tomatoes, diced
½ red onion, thinly sliced
¼ mug pepperoncinis, sliced
For the Italian vinaigrette
3 Tbsp redundant abecedarian olive canvas
2 Tbsp red wine ginger
1 ½ tsp Italian seasoning
1 garlic clove, diced
Swab & pepper, to taste
Just hash up your favorite sub sandwich constituents, throw them in a coliseum with some relish red wine vinaigrette & now you ’ve got the stylish of both worlds!
