Parsley cheese pie is an easy recipe and the most beautiful thing about it is that it suits the winter as it gives you and your family members delicious warmth between meals or even can be eaten as a separate whole meal.
Ingredients:
2.5 cups of warm water for the dough
0.75 cups of oil for the dough
3 tablespoons of powdered milk for the dough 1
a teaspoon of sugar for the dough 1
a teaspoon of salt for the dough
2 tablespoons of instant yeast for the dough
5 cups of flour for the dough
Salt for the filling “to taste”
2 tablespoons of oil for the filling
5 tablespoons of parsley for the filling
2 white cheese boxes for filling

How to prepare:
We start making the dough, we add two cups of flour, powdered milk, sugar, salt, yeast, and warm water, stir well and leave for 15 minutes.
- We prepare the mixture and add the rest of the flour to it and knead the mixture well until we have a cohesive dough (we can add a little flour if necessary)
Grate the cheese, add chopped parsley and oil, and stir well
- Spread the filling on the dough
- Let’s start rolling the dough
Bring a knife to cut the dough and start cutting the dough roll into 2 cm pieces
- Arrange the dough pieces in the tray
- Beat an egg and a little milk and brush the face of the dough pieces with it
- Put it in the oven until it turns red
