Healthy Spinach Funk Salad 😋
Constituents
2 mugs minced cooked funk tenders (we used roaster funk)
2 mugs fresh spinach, diced
mug riced cauliflower
mug diced red onion
Swab and fresh cracked pepper, to taste
1/2 mug dried cranberries
mug diced almonds
mug grated parmesan
2 soupspoons olive canvas
1/2 mug chipotle mayonnaise
1 teaspoon heavy trouncing cream
1 tablespoon fresh grated gusto
Medication
- To make the funk spinach cauliflower salad In a large salad coliseum, combine spinach, cauliflower rice, cranberries, almonds, parmesan, and minced funk.
- Combine chipotle mayo, olive canvas, heavy cream, and grated gusto in a small jar and mizzle over the funk salad, also toss to combine.
- Season with swab and pepper, also serve the funk spinach salad with cauliflower incontinently. Enjoy!
