Ingredients:
- 6 chicken thighs
- 3 carrots
- onion
- 3 potatoes
- 3 zucchini
- 3 eggplant
- Small bunch of celery stalks
Seasoning Ingredients:
- 250 ml of ketchup
- Half a cup of olive oil
- 3 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (sweet pepper)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt, black pepper
How to prepare :
Wash the chicken thighs well, and place them on a towel to dry from the water. In a deep bowl, prepare the seasoning, put the ketchup, olive oil, garlic, honey, chili powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix all these spices and put the chicken thighs in it and leave them aside for an hour.
Wash the vegetables and cut them into circles or semicircles, chop the celery stalks into long pieces and the onions into slices. Bring a baking tray, put a little oil in it. Arrange the vegetables, then put the chicken thighs and distribute the sauce. Cover the tray with tin foil and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve chicken thighs with ketchup with vegetables as a main meal
