Chicken Chow Mein with the Stylish Chow Mein Sauce
constituents
1 lb funk bone boneless, skinless
tbsp oil painting
12 oz chow mein polls( raw polls)
2 mugs cabbage
1 large carrot julienned
batch green onions
2 garlic cloves
Chow Mein Sauce
6 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
3 tbsp light sesame oil painting( not heated)
mug funk broth
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp granulated sugar
Instructions
In a small mixing coliseum, use a whisk to combine oyster sauce, granulated sugar, sesame oil painting, soy sauce, funk broth and cornstarch. Set away.
Cook your polls according to package instructions also drain, wash with cold water and set away.
toast a large wok or visage with olive oil painting over medium- heat. Cut your funk guts into bite- sized strips and cook them in the oil painting until golden brown. Remove strips and set away.
Add carrots, cabbage and pressed garlic and saute for a many twinkles until veggies are slightly softened and the cabbage is a bit translucent.
Add funk and polls back into the visage. Pour sauce over the top and continue cooking all the constituents together for another 2 twinkles.
embellish your chow mein with diced green onions and serve the polls straight from the visage and pipeline hot!
