🍌 Banana Pudding Tiramisu with Caramel
🛒 Ingredients
For the Cream Layer:
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 (3.4 oz) box instant banana pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
For the Layers:
- 1 package ladyfingers (savoiardi)
- 3–4 ripe bananas, sliced
- ½–¾ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Optional: crushed vanilla wafers or white chocolate shavings

1️⃣ Make the Banana Cream
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar + vanilla, mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks.
- In another bowl, whisk banana pudding mix with cold milk until thick (about 2 minutes).
- Fold pudding into cream cheese mixture.
- Gently fold in whipped cream until fluffy and smooth.
2️⃣ Build the Layers
- Arrange a layer of ladyfingers in a 9×9 dish (you can lightly brush with milk or coffee if you want a tiramisu vibe).
- Spread half of the banana cream mixture.
- Add sliced bananas.
- Drizzle caramel sauce.
- Repeat layers.
3️⃣ Chill
Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is even better).
