π Ingredients:
- 500g chicken (breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces)
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated, optional)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (slurry)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Sesame seeds & chopped green onions (for garnish)

- Season & Cook Chicken
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce
- In the same pan, sautΓ© garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Stir and let it simmer.
- Thicken
- Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
- Combine
- Return chicken to the pan.
- Toss well to coat in the sticky honey garlic sauce.
- Serve
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
