π Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil or melted butter
- 1/2 cup milk or yogurt π₯
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries (chopped) π
Optional Glaze β¨
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1β2 tbsp milk or strawberry juice

1. Prep
- Preheat oven to 175Β°C (350Β°F)
- Grease a loaf pan
2. Mix Dry Ingredients
- Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients
- Beat eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla together.
4. Combine
- Fold wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
5. Bake
- Pour batter into loaf pan.
- Bake for 50β60 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
6. Cool & Glaze
- Let cool before adding glaze.
- Drizzle glaze over top for extra sweetness πβ¨
