A light, creamy dessert made with simple ingredients — naturally sweet from banana and perfectly smooth like cheesecake! 😋

🛒 Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional for extra sweetness)
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch or flour
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Mash the banana
In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.

2️⃣ Add the yogurt
Mix in the yogurt and stir until creamy.

3️⃣ Add the remaining ingredients
Add the egg, honey (if using), cornstarch, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and lump-free.

4️⃣ Add blueberries
Gently fold the blueberries into the batter.

5️⃣ Bake
Pour the mixture into a small baking dish or lined pan.
