Spicy Chicken Ramen Bowl with Creamy Sauce

For the Chicken
2 boneless funk shanks or guts
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp chili paste( e.g., gochujang or sambal oelek)
tsp garlic greasepaint
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp olive oil painting
For the Creamy Sauce
mug mayonnaise
2 tbsp chili paste( acclimate to taste)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 garlic clove, diced
/ 2 tsp bomb juice
Water( to acclimate thickness)
For the polls
2 packs instant ramen polls( discard seasoning packets)
1 tbsp sesame oil painting
1 tsp soy sauce
tsp garlic greasepaint
tsp chili flakes
For Garnish
2 green onions, sliced
Optional Sesame seeds or fresh chili flakes
Instructions
Marinate and Cook the Chicken
In a coliseum, combine soy sauce, honey, chili paste, garlic greasepaint, and smoked paprika. Marinate the funk in this admixture for at least 15 twinkles.
Heat olive oil painting in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the funk for 4- 5 twinkles on each side, or until caramelized and completely cooked. Let rest for a many twinkles, also slice into bite- sized pieces.
Prepare the Creamy Sauce
In a small coliseum, whisk together mayonnaise, chili paste, soy sauce, diced garlic, and bomb juice. Add water to thin the sauce to your asked thickness.
Cook the polls
Cook the ramen polls according to the package instructions. Drain and toss with sesame oil painting, soy sauce, garlic greasepaint, and chili flakes.
Assemble the Bowl
Place the seasoned polls in a coliseum. Add the caramelized funk on top and mizzle with the delicate chili sauce.
Garnish with sliced green onions, sesame seeds, or fresh chili flakes for redundant heat.
