Ignited Spinach Mushroom Quesadillas

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 mugs fresh spinach, diced
- 1 mug mushrooms, sliced
- 1 mug tattered rubbish( cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil painting
- swab and pepper to taste INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your roaster to 400 °F( 200 °C).
- In a skillet, toast the olive oil painting over medium heat. Add the minced onion and diced garlic, sautéing until the onion turns translucent.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and spinach to the skillet. Cook until the spinach wilts and the mushrooms come tender. Season the admixture with swab and pepper.
- In a baking dish, place one tortilla down. Sprinkle some rubbish on top, followed by a subcaste of the spinach and mushroom admixture. Cover with another tortilla. Repeat this layering process with the remaining constituents.
- Place the assembled quesadillas in the roaster and singe for roughly 10- 15 twinkles, or until the tortillas are golden and the rubbish has melted.
