1 lb large scallops, gentled dry
tbsp adulation, melted
cloves garlic, diced
/ 4 mug breadcrumbs
mug Parmesan rubbish, grated
tbsp fresh parsley, diced
tbsp bomb juice
swab and pepper to taste
Lemon wedges( for serving)
Instructions
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your roaster to 400 °F( 200 °C).
Prepare the Garlic Adulation
In a small coliseum, mix the melted adulation, diced garlic, bomb juice, swab, and pepper.
Assemble the Scallops
Place the scallops in a single subcaste in a baking dish.
Pour the garlic adulation admixture over the scallops, icing they’re well- carpeted.
Add the Beating
In another small coliseum, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan rubbish, and parsley.
Sprinkle this admixture unevenly over the scallops.
Singe
Singe the scallops in the preheated roaster for 10- 12 twinkles, or until the scallops are opaque and the breadcrumb beating is golden brown.
Serve
Serve the baked scallops hot with bomb wedges on the side.
