Funk Parmesan grilled rubbish sandwich
constituents
2 slices of chuck
( your choice, but a sturdy chuck
like sourdough works well)
• 1 mug cooked funk bone, tattered or sliced
• 1/2 mug marinara sauce
• 1/2 mug grated Parmesan rubbish
• 1/2 mug tattered mozzarella rubbish
• 2 soupspoons olive oil painting or adulation
• 1/2 tablespoon dried basil( voluntary)
• 1/2 tablespoon garlic greasepaint( voluntary)
Instructions
- Prepare the funk
• If you have n’t formerly, chef and shred or slice the funk bone. You can use leavings or cook it fresh. Season with swab and pepper to taste. - Assemble the Sandwich
• Spread a thin subcaste of marinara sauce on one side of each chuck
slice.
• Subcaste the tattered funk over the sauce on one slice of chuck
.
• Sprinkle the Parmesan rubbish and mozzarella rubbish over the funk.
• Optionally, sprinkle dried basil and garlic greasepaint over the rubbish for redundant flavor.
• Top with the other slice of chuck
, sauce side down. - Cook the Sandwich
• toast a skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil painting or adulation. You can use further if demanded for a friable crust.
• Place the sandwich in the skillet and cook until the chuck
is golden brown and the rubbish is melted, about 3- 4 twinkles per side. Press down gently with a spatula to insure indeed grilling. - Serve
• Remove from the skillet and let it cool for a nanosecond before slicing. Serve hot
