1. Cook Tortellini
- Boil according to package instructions.
- Drain and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak
- Season steak with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a hot pan.

- Remove and set aside (keep juices!).
3. Cook Veggies
- In the same pan, add butter.
- SautΓ© mushrooms until browned.
- Add zucchini and cook 2β3 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and cook briefly.
4. Make Parmesan Cream Sauce
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add Parmesan and stir until smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
5. Combine Everything
- Add tortellini and steak (plus juices) back into the pan.
- Toss gently until everything is coated and heated through.
6. Serve
- Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan.
