- 2 tbsp milk or cream
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp butter

- 4 breakfast sausages
π Extras (Optional but recommended):
- Mushrooms (sliced)
- Cherry tomatoes π
- Orange juice π
- Maple syrup

1. Make Pancakes
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk wet ingredients separately, then combine.
- Cook on a buttered pan until bubbles form, flip, cook until golden.
2. Cook Sausages
- Pan-fry over medium heat until browned and fully cooked.
3. Scramble Eggs
- Whisk eggs + milk + seasoning.
