• 2 slices thick- cut bacon
• 1 large egg
• 1 slice cheddar rubbish
• 1 brioche bun, halved and heated
• swab and pepper, to taste
• 1 tbsp adulation

Directions

  1. Cook the Bacon • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crisp, about 3- 4 twinkles per side. Remove from the skillet and place on a paper kerchief to drain.
  2. Cook the Egg • In the same skillet, reduce the heat to low and melt the adulation. Crack the egg into the skillet, season with swab and pepper, and cook to your asked doneness( about 2- 3 twinkles for a soft thralldom ).
  3. Assemble the Sandwich • Place the slice of cheddar rubbish on the nethermost half of the heated brioche bun. Precisely place the egg on top of the rubbish.
