Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry
constituents
1 lb beef( sirloin or hand steak, sliced thin)
2 mugs broccoli florets
2 tbsp vegetable oil painting
3 garlic cloves( diced)
For the Sauce
mug soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
mug beef broth
tsp gusto( diced)
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp of oil painting in a large visage over medium-high heat.
Add the beef slices and cook for 2- 3 twinkles per side until browned. Remove and set away.
Add the remaining 1 tbsp of oil painting to the visage. Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add broccoli boutonnieres and stir- shindig for 2- 3 twinkles until tender but crisp.
In a coliseum, blend soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, beef broth, and diced gusto.
Pour the sauce into the visage with broccoli and stir until it thickens.
Return the beef to the visage and toss to fleece everything in the sauce.
Cook for another 2- 3 twinkles.
Serve hot with fumed rice or polls.
