🍍 Pineapple Angel Food Cake
A light, fluffy, and incredibly easy dessert made with just a few ingredients. The sweet pineapple keeps the cake moist while the angel food cake gives it that airy texture! 😋
🛒 Ingredients
- 1 box angel food cake mix
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
- 1 cup whipped topping (optional for serving)
- Fresh pineapple slices for garnish (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Mix the batter
In a large bowl, combine the angel food cake mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple with juice.
Stir until well mixed. The batter will become light and foamy.
3️⃣ Pour into pan
Transfer the batter into an ungreased 9×13-inch baking dish.
4️⃣ Bake
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
5️⃣ Cool completely
Allow the cake to cool fully before serving.
6️⃣ Serve
Top with whipped cream and fresh pineapple slices if desired.
