constituents

2 lobster tails, halved lengthwise
lb ocean scallops, gentled dry
tbsp unsalted adulation, divided
tbsp olive oil painting
4 garlic cloves, diced
bomb, juiced
tbsp fresh parsley, diced
swab and pepper, to taste

Instructions

Heat olive oil painting and 2 tbsp of adulation in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the lobster tails, meat side down, and cook for 3- 4 twinkles. Flip and cook for another 2- 3 twinkles until the meat is opaque. Remove from the skillet and set away.
Add scallops to the same skillet, cooking for 2 twinkles on each side until golden brown. Remove and set away.
Melt the remaining adulation in the skillet. Add diced garlic and cook for 1 nanosecond until ambrosial. Stir in bomb juice and diced parsley.
Return the lobster and scallops to the skillet, tossing them gently in the garlic adulation sauce.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and bomb wedges.

Helpful Tips
Pat the scallops dry before cooking for a perfect sear.
Add a splash of white wine to the garlic adulation for redundant depth of flavor.
